ABOUT Bill

I've been building guitars for 20 years.  During a successful visual art career I started building acoustic guitars under the tutelage of Frank Finnocchio.  At first as a release from the crazy fine art world, lutherie later became an obsession and another outlet for creativity.  I have spent the better part of the past two years designing and building electric guitars as well.  Most recently my "day job" as a college professor (both fine art and anatomy classes) has become a part time job and guitar design and building is my fulltime passion.
